Do not use the servers from the clip - use our servers from step 1 below instead.

1:

Choose the SmartStreaming DNS servers that are closest to your current location.

2:

Press Menu on your Samsung Smart TV remote.

3:

Scroll Down to Network.

4:

Select Network Settings.

5:

Press Start.

6:

Select Your Internet Connection.

7:

Select IP Settings.

8:

Scroll Down to DNS Settings and enter the IP of your chosen SmartStreaming.tv DNS server from Step 1.

9:

Restart your TV.

10:

Sign in to SmartStreaming.tv and register your ip, by using a Computer or Phone.

Press Menu on your Samsung Smart TV remote.

Scroll Down to Network.

Select Network Settings.

Press Start.

Select Your Internet Connection.

Select IP Settings.

Scroll Down to DNS Settings and select Automatic.

Restart your TV.

Some Samsung TV models are hardcoded to disable certain apps.

We know that BBC iPlayer and Fandango at Home (VUDU) might be hardware disabled - nothing we can do about that!
