Do not use the servers from the clip - use our servers from step 1 below instead.
1:
Choose the SmartStreaming DNS servers that are closest to your current location.

On Apple TV, go the Settings -> General -> Network
3:
Select Wi-Fi for wireless network or Ethernet if you have wired connection.

Go to Configure DNS and set it to Manual
5:
In the DNS Address field enter the IP of your chosen SmartStreaming.tv DNS server from Step 1.
You may need to prefix zeros - for example w.x.y.z. would become 00w.00x.00y.00z.
Only the SmartStreaming.tv DNS server should be listed, delete any others.
6:
Click Done once the DNS server has been entered.
7:
Unplug the Apple TV power cable.
8:
Wait ten seconds.
9:
Plug the Apple TV back in.
10:
Sign in to SmartStreaming.tv and register your ip, by using a Computer or Phone.

Go to Configure DNS and set it to Automatic.

Unplug the Apple TV power cable.

Wait ten seconds.

Plug the Apple TV back in.

Go the Settings -> General -> iTunes Store -> Location

Select United States.

Go back to the main Apple TV home screen.

Go to Settings -> Sleep Now

Unplug the Apple TV power cable.

Wait ten seconds.
