Choose the SmartStreaming DNS servers that are closest to your current location.

Goto Settings.

Click on "WiFi".

4:

Press and hold preferred wireless network until dialog pops up.

Select "Modify Network".

6:

Check "Show advanced options" checkbox at the bottom.

7:

Switch "IP settings" to "Static".

8:

Keep IP address, Gateway and Network prefix length as it is.

9:

Fill DNS 1 and DNS 2 fields with the ip(s) from Step 1.

10:

Press "Save".

Restart your phone (power cycle).
